We specialise in the sale of:

  • Hair bundles, closures, and frontals

All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in:

  • Texture
  • Length

may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and the natural characteristics of raw hair.


2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion and limit quantities purchased if we suspect fraudulent activity
  • Request additional verification before processing an order

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may be converted to your local currency at the point of payment, unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customised or made-to-order units may require additional processing time.

Processing begins once payment has been confirmed.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and delivery timelines are provided at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct delivery zone

Hair and Accessories by April will not be liable for delays caused by:

We currently ship international orders via DHL Express to selected countries worldwide. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds once orders have been delivered
  • Exchanges are only available in cases of defective or incorrect items
