Refund & Exchange Policy

 

At Hair and Accessories by April, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

To maintain the quality and condition of the products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once an order has been delivered, all sales are final.

 

Exchanges (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer exchanges in the event that:

  • You receive a defective product, or
  • You receive the wrong item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item should be unused
  • The item should be in its original packaging


Reporting an Issue

All issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Your request should include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product
  • Your email address


Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Slight colour variations due to lighting
  • Natural texture variations in raw hair


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases where an exchange is not possible. Any approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once hair processing has begun.
